It started with a wonderful mini-excursion where we explored a 200-year-old Canarian farmhouse and a beautiful cactus garden. The food was incredible—there were so many delicious tapas to try. We enjoyed a great selection of white and red wines, but the highlight was definitely the vermouth. They serve Vermut Lolito, which is the very first vermouth produced in Gran Canaria and is made right there at the Valle de Mogán restaurant. You could choose to sunbathe upstairs on the deck. The host also took pictures with his camera, which were sent to you later, which was very nice! During this hour you could also get something to drink like a beer/sangria/soft drinks. When we came back the wine tasting started and this was really fantastic.
